This fee structure is practical when you're hiring for a position that requires a skill set that is widely available and can be filled using traditional active candidate sourcing channels like job boards. 

We do not recommend this fee structure for highly strategic positions or when time-to-fill (i.e., speed) is critical.

Terms

With a Standard Contingency search the full fee is due within 30 days of new employee start date. Exclusivity is not required for this fee structure.
