Search Confidentiality

In some situations, you may be concerned about the confidentiality of your search. This is especially true when you don't want individuals within your organization to be aware that you are conducting a search. By default, every Retained search we perform is strictly confidential. Performance Payouts and Exclusive Contingency searches will remain confidential only upon request. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer confidentiality on a Standard Contingency search.
