The objective of the Job Value Proposition is to succinctly answer this question. Fortunately, we do not have to start from scratch. Much of the information we need to prepare the Job Value Proposition exists in our Performance Targets.
Remember, we defined our Performance Targets from both a business and employee perspective. It is the employee perspective that provides us with the essentials we need to create a compelling Job Value Proposition. Specifically, the Challenges, Goals, and Activities outlined. The primary task now is to transform the "business speak" into a compelling marketing pitch.
Once the Job Value Proposition is completed, all other marketing collateral – Job Ad, Job Ad Creatives, and Job Templates – will inherit its theme.
